There are too many flavors in this dish to be ignored Delicious grass fed ground beef made manually into a burger, topped with beetroot, sliced tomato, caramelized onions (oven roasted), tomato sauce (homemade) & bacon all in a bed of Baby spinach. No bread here, simply delicious. .
Zucchini and Sweet Potato Frittata
It’s often viewed as an Italian or Spanish specialty, my version is oven baked and I used Bacon in this recipe to make this a bit more interesting! Love as breakfast or dinner. This Frittata is a perfect post workout meal.
If you are not having enough veggies, this side dish should be your best friend! Drizzled in olive oil and seasoned with fresh herbs, the seasonal veggies are perfectly oven roasted for your post work out snack or as a filling side
for your meals.
